These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the website si-âme.art. By placing an order on this website, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.

Seller Information

The artworks sold on si-âme.art are created and offered by Si-Âme.
For any questions, the customer may contact the seller through the website’s contact form or by email (to be completed).

Products

The artworks displayed on the website are described with the greatest possible accuracy. As each piece is unique, slight variations in color, texture or appearance may occur. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and are not contractually binding.

Prices

All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes (VAT not applicable or to be specified).
Shipping fees are added during checkout depending on the customer’s geographic zone.

Ordering

An order becomes final once payment has been successfully completed. The buyer receives a confirmation email summarizing their order.

Payment

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit card (via Stripe)
• PayPal (if enabled)

No banking information is stored on the si-âme.art website.

Shipping

Artworks are shipped to France, Europe, and internationally using reliable carriers (UPS, DHL, etc.). Shipping fees are fixed based on geographic zones. Each artwork is carefully packaged and protected to ensure safe transport.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier. A tracking number is provided to the customer once the shipment has been dispatched.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized artworks.
For non-customized artworks, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returns & Refunds

If a product is damaged during transport, the customer must notify the seller within 48 hours of receipt, including photos as proof.
Artworks damaged due to improper handling after delivery cannot be refunded.

Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure, carrier malfunction, or improper use of the product by the customer.

Data Protection

Personal data collected during orders is used exclusively to process and manage customer orders. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and if no amicable resolution is found, the competent courts will be those within the seller’s jurisdiction.
